A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Immediately Job Description Custodial Supervisor I West Lincoln Elementary School Evenings 2:30 to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday High school diploma or G.E.D. One year supervisory experience in custodial cleaning of public or private buildings. Basic computer knowledge to include word processing and spreadsheet knowledge. Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly in any given day. May be required to carry this weight up and down stairs repeatedly. Will be required to assist with snow removal. This position is subject to a veterans preference.
