What they do
A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Full-time 2:30pm-11:00pm Tuesday-Saturday Keeps community in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.Porter Services:
- Sweeps mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
- Empties residents' trash and garbage containers.
- Replaces air conditioner filters.
- Notifies management concerning need for major repairs.
- Cleans snow and debris from sidewalk.
- Other duties as assigned.
