Job Description
Quality Facility Solutions is seeking professional Porters in Flushing NY. Experienced Porters are Highly Preferred! We are searching for reliable Porters who can handle a variety of cleaning tasks simultaneously and someone who has at least 1-2 years of experience working in buildings. The Porter will be responsible for various types of cleaning tasks from in an apartment building and maintaining an efficient and organized schedule. The ideal candidate for this position must have a positive attitude and is dedicated to making sure things are running cleanly and smoothly. Porters must make sure that our client's buildings are professional, neat, clean, free from clutter and most importantly safe. Job Responsibility includes, but not limited to customer service, garbage maintenance, floor cleaning to include mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, keeping all areas clean and organized and various other aspects of general maintenance.
