A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
The Overnight Janitor will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and sanitization of the club to ensure a positive member experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize club floors, restrooms, showers, locker rooms and amenity rooms. Take out the trash Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Treadmills, Ellipticals, Bikes, any/all gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager. Follow "Lost and Found Policy" and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately. Assist in any/all other cleaning projects that may be assigned to you by Management. Qualifications/Requirements Custodial experience is preferred. Punctuality and reliability is a must. Ability to work third shift is a must. Honesty and exceptional work ethic. Ability to solve problems independently. Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language. High School diploma/GED equivalent required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Physical Demands Continuing to stand and walking during shift. Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift. Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift. Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds. Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
