Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across residential, commercial, or hospitality environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, reliable transportation between jobs, attention to detail, and the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently. Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. The Cleaner plays a vital role in ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for clients and guests. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, carpets, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces Use cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms when required Maintain and operate floor care equipment for polishing, buffing, or stripping floors as needed Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health standards Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously Skills Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment Ability to perform floor care tasks including carpet cleaning and floor polishing Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Basic laundry skills for handling linens or uniforms when necessary Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients or guests Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards Join our team as a Cleaner and contribute to creating clean, safe environments that leave lasting positive impressions.
