A local nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals who are blind or visually impaired is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment at our Chester location. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors Emptying trash and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms Performing outdoor maintenance, including weed trimming and litter removal Coordinating with vendors for fire alarm testing and routine pest control services Ability to lift 50 pounds Assisting with general building maintenance and other custodial duties as assigned This position includes both indoor and outdoor work and requires working in a variety of weather conditions.
