Job Description

OVERVIEW
Assist with the coordination and execution of the cleaning of employee and guest-facing areas, serving as a working lead, point of escalation, and on-site support while partnering with Office Operations leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
(other duties may be assigned) 1. Provide day-to-day guidance, informal coaching, and reinforcement of standard work practices while leading by example. 2. Coordinate and lead daily and periodic cleaning areas activities to ensure assigned areas are completed according to established schedules, quality, and safety standards. 3. Perform cleaning duties alongside team members to support workload needs and model expected quality and productivity. 4. Monitor inventory levels and order or request cleaning products, supplies and equipment; escalate replenishment needs to leadership. 5. Coordinate scheduled services (i.e., carpet cleaning) and communicate timing or impacts to appropriate partners. 6. Identify and report building, equipment, or safety issues to maintenance or facilities teams and escalate as needed. 7. Maintain basic documentation and submit required receipts or purchase information in accordance with company procedures. Serve as the first point of escalation for routine operational issues during the shift and communicate unresolved concerns to leadership. 8. Conduct walkthroughs to verify cleanliness, safety, and readiness of assigned areas and address deficiencies or escalate as appropriate. 9. Communicate daily task completion, coverage issues, and operational notes to leadership to support continuity across shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS
(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education
  • High School Diploma/GED required Experience
  • Minimum 1 year experience in cleaning, facilities, custodial, hospitality, or similar operational environment required
  • Previous experience as a lead worker, senior team member, or informal mentor preferred Licenses/Certifications
  • State Issued Driver's License preferred Tools & Equipment
  • General Office Equipment
  • Vacuums, scrubbers, buffers
