Description Contact the Punxsutawney Area School District at 814-938-5151 ext. 5005 to apply. Punxsutawney Area School District is accepting applications for full-time custodian positions at the high school and elementary school. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cleans, paints, and performs jobs assigned by supervisor
Cleaning responsibilities include, but are not limited to, emptying waste and pencil sharpeners, dusting, sweeping floors, mopping floors, refilling supplies, lawn care, snow removal, etc., as well as summer cleaning of all areas
Reports conditions needing repair to supervisor
Assists in preparing the building for special events
Secures building as needed
Moves furniture, supplies and equipment as needed
Performs all other job-related duties as directed by supervisor
