Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery using appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards in residential and commercial spaces. Conduct laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items. Handle heavy lifting and manual handling safely when moving furniture, equipment, or supplies. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas such as walkways or patios through sweeping or pressure washing as needed. Manage time effectively to complete daily cleaning schedules within designated timeframes. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service. Experience Previous janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred. Hands-on experience with floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment. Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and outdoor work environments is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. $28.91 - $38.79 per hour
