Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tire Washer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing tires to ensure they meet quality standards before they are lined or shipped. You will get wet and dirty in this job. The position starts at $16.00 per hour with the opportunity for a $.50 per hour increase after 90 days of successful employment. Responsibilities Load machines with tires; operate tire washing equipment safely and efficiently to remove dirt, debris, and residues from tires Inspect tires for damage or defects during the cleaning process and report any issues to supervisors Ensure all tires are cleaned according to company standards and specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear during operations Clean tire washing machines after use and/or at least weekly; adjust, clean and lubricate mechanical parts of machines using hand tools and grease guns Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes Skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control Good physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues Basic understanding of safety procedures related to industrial cleaning processes Ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with getting wet and dirty Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent; prior experience in tire maintenance or industrial cleaning is a plus but not required Join us as a Tire Washer and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.
