This includes cleaning workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and equipment to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for gym members and staff. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize gym equipment, weights, and machines regularly. Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, workout areas, and hallways. Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, showers, and restrooms. Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the facility. Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and disinfectant wipes. Wipe mirrors, windows, and other surfaces. Report maintenance issues or broken equipment to management. Follow health and safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals. Ensure gym areas remain clean during busy hours. Assist with deep cleaning tasks such as equipment detailing. Required Skills and Qualifications Ability to perform physical work such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards. Good attention to detail. Ability to work independently. Reliable and punctual. Basic communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous cleaning or janitorial experience. Experience working in gyms, hotels, or public facilities. Knowledge of safe chemical handling. Working Conditions Indoor work environment in a fitness center. May require evening, weekend, or early morning shifts. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and physical activity.
