POSITION OPENING
CUSTODIAN
Education:
At least a high school diploma or equivalent
General Duties:
Develop and maintain a cleaning schedule that will include cleaning of floors, wastebaskets, windows, furniture, equipment, and restrooms.
Keep building and grounds, including sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots, neat and clean.
Comply with local laws and procedures for storage and disposal of trash
Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and order additional supplies as needed.
Establish procedures for locking, checking, and safeguarding facilities.
Experience:
Some experience related to the above duties is preferred
