Responsibilities As a Cleaning Technician, your duties may include: Cleaning residential homes, apartments, and commercial facilities Dusting furniture, fixtures, and accessible surfaces Vacuuming carpets and rugs Sweeping and mopping hard-surface flooring Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms Disinfecting frequently touched areas Emptying trash containers and replacing liners Following company cleaning procedures, checklists, and safety guidelines Communicating professionally with team members and clients when needed Schedule Flexible scheduling based on client needs and technician availability Most residential assignments take place Monday-Friday during daytime hours Some commercial assignments may take place during afternoon or evening hours Opportunities for recurring weekly assignments Additional hours may become available as new clients are added Qualifications Reliable and punctual Strong attention to detail Professional attitude and appearance Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation required Comfortable traveling to different client locations throughout Harris County Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout a shift Previous professional cleaning experience is welcome but not required. We provide paid training for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
