Responsibilities Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, and floor care to ensure homes are spotless and hygienic. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency. Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and outdoor spaces as required. Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy furniture or appliances during deep cleaning or moving tasks. Manage time effectively to complete assigned cleaning tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining quality standards. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Demonstrated ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor polishing, dusting, and surface sanitation. Experience working outdoors or handling outdoor cleaning tasks is a plus. Familiarity with cleaning equipment including vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, scrubbers, and other janitorial tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while delivering consistent results. Knowledge of proper use of cleaning detergents and sanitation products to ensure safety and compliance with health standards. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and understanding of specific household requirements.
