Job Description
Company Overview Maid to Clean Co. is a locally owned cleaning company serving Montgomery County. We provide professional, detailed, and reliable residential and commercial cleaning services for busy families and businesses. We take pride in our work and in building a supportive team that grows together. What You'll Do Perform residential and commercial cleaning including standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleans Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and follow cleaning checklists Work independently or alongside a small team Deliver friendly, professional service at every job site Follow company procedures and safety guidelines What We're Looking For Prior house cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (1 year minimum) Strong attention to detail and time management skills Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Reliable personal transportation to travel between local job sites in Magnolia, Tomball, Montgomery, and Conroe Comfortable working in homes and offices, including around pets Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning procedures Schedule & Compensation Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 20 to 30 hours per week with potential for additional hours Weekly pay Paid training included, plus a paid trial clean Performance-based pay increases
