A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

What You'll Do Diagnose and clear clogged residential and light-commercial drains Clean kitchen, bathroom, laundry, floor, and main sewer lines Operate drain machines, sectional equipment, sewer cameras, locators, and hydro-jetting equipment Perform camera inspections to identify blockages, root intrusion, damaged piping, and other drainage problems Explain findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers Provide repair and maintenance options based on the condition of the drain or sewer system Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, professional work areas Accurately document work performed, equipment used, and job findings Work closely with dispatch and other team members to stay on schedule Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle Follow company safety procedures and all applicable plumbing codes Participate in regular technical, safety, and customer-service training What We're Looking For Two or more years of drain-cleaning, sewer-service, or plumbing experience preferred Experience operating drain-cleaning machines and sewer-camera equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with customers Strong attention to detail and respect for customers' homes Positive attitude and team-focused mindset Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and job-management software Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to lift at least 75 pounds Ability to work in crawlspaces, basements, outdoors, and other confined areas when required Willingness to continue learning and improving through company-provided training What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $20.00-$25.00, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Life insurance Paid holidays and paid time off Company-provided uniforms Fully stocked company truck Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Professional development assistance Continued education and advancement opportunities Tuition reimbursement Supportive, close-knit team environment If you are an experienced drain-cleaning professional who takes pride in solving difficult problems and providing excellent customer service, we would like to hear from you.
