Job description: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Window Cleaning Associate . No prior window cleaning experience is required—training will be provided. Candidates with related experience are welcome, but the main qualities we value are reliability, a willingness to learn, and pride in doing quality work. This position offers a pathway to advance into a crew lead role within two years for those who show initiative and leadership potential. What You'll Do Arrive on time and prepared for each workday. Clean interior and exterior glass for both residential and commercial clients, using traditional tools and water-fed pole systems. Take responsibility for keeping equipment and supplies organized and in good working condition. Adhere to safety standards and company procedures at all times. Pay attention to detail to ensure streak-free, professional results. Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently. What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude. Quick learner who follows directions carefully. Strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Ability to manage time and stay on task without constant supervision. Comfortable with physical work (lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods).
