This position offers a pathway to advance into a crew lead role within two years for those who show initiative and leadership potential. What You'll Do Arrive on time and prepared for each workday. Clean interior and exterior glass for both residential and commercial clients, using traditional tools and water-fed pole systems. Take responsibility for keeping equipment and supplies organized and in good working condition. Adhere to safety standards and company procedures at all times. Pay attention to detail to ensure streak-free, professional results. Work alongside team members to complete projects efficiently.
