Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Professional Cleaner to handle recurring residential cleaning and commercial office contracts throughout the Chesterfield and surrounding areas. Because ourleadership team manages regional operations, we need self-motivated indivuals who can execute cleaning to our high company standards with minimal direct supervision. Duties Perform detailed residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchen /bathrooms, making beds, and deep-cleaning projects. Execute commercial office cleaning schedules, including trash removal, disinfecting high-touched surfaces, cleaning restrooms, and mantaining common areas. Operate various cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools efficiently and safely. Maintain company provided equipment and chemical products. Inspect your own completed work to ensure it strictly meets the D&P Cleaning quality checklist before leaving property. Maintain a professional, polite, and respectful demeanor when interacting with clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. Report any property damage or supply shortage immediately. Qualifications 1+ Years of professional residential and commercial cleaning experience preferred. (but we train the right person with a great attitude). Transportation must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and clean auto insurance to travel between local job sites. Background check must be willing to undergo a standard background check (required for entering our commercial and high-end residential accounts).

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25-30lbs throughout a shift.

Skills:

Excellent time management, punctuality, and an extreme eye for small details. Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Outdoor work experience is a plus; flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
