Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Janitorial Supervisor to lead our cleaning and sanitation teams across various facilities. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff to ensure efficient cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance routines across multiple sites. Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet cleanliness standards and deadlines. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to verify adherence to safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and quality expectations. Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and laundry materials; place orders as needed. Enforce safety regulations during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health standards. Communicate effectively with management, staff, and clients to address concerns, provide updates, and improve service delivery. Experience Proven supervisory experience in janitorial services or custodial management within industrial or commercial settings. Extensive custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry operations. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, staff supervision, and management communication. Familiarity with safety regulations related to cleaning products, equipment use, and workplace safety standards. Background in hospitality or housekeeping management is a plus; experience in customer service is highly valued. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
