Carpet Cleaning Technician Duties:
  • Perform carpet, upholstery, and tile/grout cleaning services for residential and commercial clients
  • Utilize truck mount carpet cleaning equipment and tools to effectively clean and remove stains and maintain clean and organized company vehicle
  • Inspect carpets for any damages or repairs needed
  • Move furniture and other items as necessary to access carpeted areas
  • Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer questions or concerns
  • Consult owner or manager readily for troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction
Skills:
  • Experience in carpet cleaning, floor care, or custodial services preferred but not required
  • IICRC CCT
    credentials preferred but not required
  • Ability to operate buffing machines and other floor care equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy equipment as needed
Requirements:
  • Valid WA drivers licence and clean driving record
  • 21 years or older
  • High School diploma or equivalant preferred
  • Complete background check
