Flexible, Family-Friendly Schedule Pay:

$17.00-$19.00 per hour during training and as a cleaning team member. Fully trained employees who advance into a Team Leader position may earn up to $27.00 per hour. What You'll Do Clean residential homes and commercial properties Dust furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and other surfaces Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Empty trash and replace liners Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly Follow each client's individual cleaning instructions Communicate professionally with clients and team members Work efficiently while maintaining Cleaning Thyme's quality standards Help load, unload, and organize cleaning supplies and equipment What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Honest, respectful, and trustworthy Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable performing physical cleaning work throughout the shift Detail-oriented and able to manage time effectively Friendly and professional in clients' homes and workplaces Willing to learn our cleaning methods and quality standards Previous professional cleaning experience is helpful, but not required for the right person Opportunities for Growth We believe dependable, motivated employees should have room to grow. Team members who complete training, demonstrate strong cleaning and leadership skills, and take responsibility for leading a crew may advance into a Team Leader position.
