A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

BND ProCleaning Services LLC is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our growing team! We're seeking someone who takes pride in their work and understands that every clean helps create a five-star guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize Airbnb properties between guest stays Change and make beds with fresh linens Restock supplies and toiletries Ensure each property is guest-ready and meets our high cleaning standards Report any maintenance issues or damaged items Complete cleans within scheduled turnaround times

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation is required Strong attention to detail Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be flexible, as cleaning schedules may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays based on guest bookings
