Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Starting September 1, 2026 Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time PM Custodian (6-10pm) and become a vital part of maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role offers an energetic opportunity to contribute to facilities upkeep through detailed cleaning, sanitation, and custodial tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring that our spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, supporting the overall well-being of staff and visitors alike. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all designated areas using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment Handle custodial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and floor care including buffing and floor buffering Operate cleaning machinery like floor buffers and other commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Manage chemical agent handling following safety protocols to ensure safe usage and storage Conduct manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices to prevent injury Maintain facilities by performing routine janitorial duties, minor repairs, and general maintenance as needed Follow strict safety procedures during all cleaning activities to ensure a hazard-free environment for all staff and visitors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and physical stamina (ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend throughout the shift).
