That is included in the listed rate. Job Overview As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food, hospitality, and working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Support cooks by preparing ingredients and ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked. Follow food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service. Participate in banquet setups as needed, ensuring all food items are presented attractively. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Skills Knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation. Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Basic cooking skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
