KITCHEN SUPPORT

Job Summary Kitchen Support responsible for ensuring the highest quality of culinary services for our employees and guests. Kitchen Support works on daily kitchen assignments, which include, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen, serving and prepping food. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a hot dinner meal by 6:30 PM each night. Assists with daily tasks required to support business needs. Sets up and stock of food items and other necessary supplies. Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Prepares food for dinner service Restock and refresh the Grab-n-Go sections in the coolers with fresh items (sandwiches, salads, snacks, drinks). Stocks coolers throughout facility Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and prep area in compliance with health regulations. Work independently while coordinating with the day shift kitchen staff to ensure smooth transitions. Requirements Prior experience in a commercial kitchen, cafeteria, or food service setting required. Previous Restaurant experience Ability to work 2pm-11pm Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods. Needs to be Bi-lingual Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
