In this role, you'll assist with food preparation, manage customer orders using POS systems, and ensure a clean, welcoming workspace. Duties Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Operate POS systems for processing sales and customer transactions Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling products to enhance sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, and dining areas Handle cash register operations accurately, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction Assist in food handling tasks following food safety protocols to ensure hygiene and compliance standards are met Requirements No prior experience in food preparation or quick-service restaurant environments is required, but preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is highly advantageous Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively Excellent customer service with a friendly, energetic attitude is a must! Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Retail sales experience, including upselling techniques, is a plus Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry packages of up to 25 lbs.
