We are a rapidly growing brand, known for our popular, premium Asian-style egg sandwiches. We're looking for passionate team members to help spread joy through our delicious breakfast and brunch options. As a Front of House Team Member at EGG TUCK, you will serve as the face of our brand, creating delightful experiences for our guests. Your role will involve managing various aspects of customer interaction from greeting guests, facilitating orders, and ensuring the highest quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome and assist guests with the ordering process using our Kiosk system.
  • Efficiently handle walk-in customers, delivery platform interactions, and phone inquiries.
  • Operate the POS/register with accuracy.
  • Maintain stringent quality control checks to ensure every order sent out meets our high standards.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Uphold all health and safety standards, including strict adherence to food hygiene regulations.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor, and presentable appearance at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the food service or restaurant industry.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude, with a willingness to support team members.
  • Fast learner, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Must possess a food handler's card and knowledge of proper food safety practices.

brand, making local neighbors smile with great morning/lunch eats. Team Member is responsible for all exciting things happening behind the scene. Candidate must be a true team player, willing to get hands dirty and do whatever it takes to keep the store running smoothly. Every team member is responsible for upholding our core values.

BOH MEMBER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Food Preparation:
  • Prepare ingredients for menu items as per recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure accurate and timely assembly of dishes during service.
Cooking and Plating:
  • Cook and plate menu items, focusing on detail and presentation.
  • Work with the kitchen team to ensure taste and presentation consistency.
  • Station Maintenance:
  • Keep workstations tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary ingredients.
  • Manage supplies during service, replenishing as needed.

Adherence to

Recipes:
  • Follow recipes and portion controls to maintain quality and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with the Chef for any recipe adjustments.
Quality Control:
  • Regularly check ingredient freshness and quality.
  • Report any food safety or quality issues to kitchen management.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff for a smooth workflow.
  • Support team members in achieving kitchen goals.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • At least total 1 years of Food/Restaurant experience
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Quick and adaptable learner
  • Knowledge of proper food safety handling / food handlers card
