Experience working with a wok preferred but will train the right person. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to recipes. Safely operate kitchen equipment and tools. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures. Prepare ingredients for meals and special events. Handle and store food properly. Support high-volume food production while maintaining quality. Prepare specialized meals according to dietary needs. Experience Dietary aide or food service experience preferred. Experience in restaurant, catering, or high-volume kitchens. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation. Basic cooking and meal preparation skills. Good knife skills and kitchen organization. Experience using commercial kitchen equipment. Ability to follow recipes and prepare food efficiently. Food handling experience preferred.

Requirements:

• must be able to obtain California food handler's card within 30 days of hiring
• must be able to read, speak and understand basic English
