We value speed, organization, and clear communication.

Responsibilities:

Read and organize incoming tickets; pull and stage raw proteins, vegetables, starches, and sauces for wok cooks to fire orders efficiently. Maintain clear communication between wok cooks, pantry cooks, and front-of-house service staff to ensure smooth food timing. Assist with final quality and accuracy checks to confirm each completed dish is correct before leaving the pass. Keep the expo staging area clean, sanitized, and consistently restocked throughout service. Complete daily staging setup, restocking, and opening/closing kitchen cleaning duties. Support other kitchen stations and perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Fast-paced, organized, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills. Comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen environment. Full availability for mandatory pre-opening training and orientation. Valid California Food Handler Card.
