The open position is for a Cafe Associate primarily responsible for the preparation of our food menu offerings who can join and get up to speed quickly.
Responsibilities include:
....taking customer orders and preparing the coffee orders also checking the customers out on the register- Preparing cold and hot breakfast/lunch sandwiches, salads etc. to customers specifications.
- Follow cooking instructions, safety procedures and sanitary requirements.
- Utilize kitchen equipment and utensils such as knives, small appliances.
- Ensure cleanliness by wiping and clearing food preparation area.
- Knowledge of food allergies and how to properly accommodate.
- Effectively communicate with other team members and management for training, scheduling and resolution of interpersonal issues.
- Professionally interact with customers and calmly handle any complaints or issues.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing provided uniform and adhering to dress code.
Experience :
- 1 year of experience in the food service business
