WHAT IS AN EARLY MORNING TEAM MEMBER?

At Chick-fil-A, we're in the people business . As an Early Morning Team Member, you'll help us create an incredible experience for our guests from the moment we open our doors. You'll help get the restaurant ready. You'll welcome our first guests of the day. You'll work alongside an energetic team. You'll keep things moving when breakfast gets busy. You'll make sure orders are accurate. You'll keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. And most importantly… You'll help make someone's morning a little better.

Are You a Morning Person? We're looking for people who can show up ready to go at 6:00 AM —not people who need three alarms and a motivational speech to get out of bed. If you enjoy starting early and having your afternoon available, this could be a great fit. Our goal isn't just to give you a job. It's to help you grow.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As an Early Morning Team Member, you may: Prepare the restaurant for opening Welcome and serve guests with genuine hospitality Take orders and provide accurate, friendly service Prepare and package food Support breakfast operations Maintain a clean and organized restaurant Work drive-thru, front counter, dining room, kitchen, or other assigned areas Follow food safety and operational standards Support your teammates during busy periods Help solve guest concerns with a positive attitude Participate in team huddles and training Learn Chick-fil-A Service Behaviors and the Core 4 Celebrate wins and encourage your teammates And yes… You'll probably get your steps in. Because sitting around isn't really our thing.

WHY WORK HERE?

SUNDAYS OFF

Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed every Sunday, giving you a consistent day to spend with family, friends, faith, hobbies, or simply recharge.

COMPETITIVE PAY

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Pay is based on experience, availability, performance, and position.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

You don't have to know everything on Day One. We'll teach you the skills you need to succeed and provide opportunities to grow.
