In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious, high-quality pizzas and pasta dishes that delight our guests. Your expertise in food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations will contribute to a lively dining experience that keeps customers coming back for more. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of pizza and pasta dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and other culinary tools safely and efficiently Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to food safety sanitizing protocols to maintain cleanliness and prevent contamination Assist in menu planning by suggesting new recipes and seasonal specials to enhance the dining experience Maintain high-volume production standards during peak hours while ensuring consistency and presentation quality Support food production activities including braising, poaching, grilling, and food assembly to meet customer demand Follow food safety management practices diligently, including proper knife skills, portion control, and ingredient storage Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or catering setting is highly preferred Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on pizza making, pasta preparation, or general kitchen operations Familiarity with food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations Experience with high-volume production environments and recipe adherence Knowledge of dietary department practices or dietary aide experience is a plus Strong skills in operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Background in fine dining or upscale food industry settings is advantageous Embark on a flavorful journey with us!
