Restaurant Team Member at 3Natives Pembroke (Part-Time and Full-Time positions available) Join our dynamic team as a Team Member and become the heart of our fast-paced, customer-focused environment! Duties Prepare food items efficiently and according to safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation meet company guidelines Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing, sales transactions, and cash handling Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through proper food handling and cleaning work areas Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and minimize wait times Assist with food safety procedures including proper storage, food handling techniques, and sanitation practices Support team members with cashiering duties, food preparation, and general restaurant operations as needed Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Join us as a Team Member and be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
