We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing delicious food, maintaining high standards of food safety, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. Your enthusiasm and culinary skills will help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Job Summary This is not a behind-the-scenes role. It is a craft role, a hospitality role, and a sales role. The right person understands that when fudge is being paddled on the marble table or caramel corn is coming out of the kettle, the kitchen becomes the stage. They know that cooking during our busiest times draws guests in, and that the show matters as much as the recipe. They talk with guests while they work, answer questions about how our products are made, and hand out warm samples with enthusiasm. They also understand that sampling drives sales: a guest who tastes something fresh is far more likely to take it home. The right person loves being in front of people and takes pride in both a perfect batch and a memorable guest experience. Essential Functions Perform essential kitchen duties as needed following Kilwins Chocolates Franchise, Inc. proprietary recipes and best practices Determine production based on immediate needs of store product levels Greet guests and drive sales with samples Leave kitchen clean and organized at end of each shift Leave product on table for display at end of each shift Assist with production of special orders as requested Look to store managers with questions and concerns
