Duties Assist with food preparation, including chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes to meet quality standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas through regular cleaning and organization Support food running and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment, following safe lifting practices at all times Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently to maintain a tidy dining environment Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations Support banquet and event setups, including food presentation and service assistance Assist with in-person customer service by addressing guest needs courteously and professionally Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is beneficial Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices is essential Prior experience in banquet service or hotel hospitality settings is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are vital for success in this role Join us to be part of a lively team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences through excellent service, culinary excellence, and a positive atmosphere.
