This position works across guest service, food and beverage support, cleaning, and other front-of-house tasks to help create an efficient and welcoming experience. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Assist with taking and delivering food and beverage orders as assigned. Support servers, bartenders, and other team members during service. Keep tables, service areas, and workstations clean and organized. Restock dining and service stations throughout the shift. Help with food preparation and other restaurant tasks when needed. Process basic customer transactions accurately when assigned. Respond to guest requests and communicate concerns to management. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating procedures. Assist with opening, closing, and general cleaning duties. Qualifications Previous restaurant, bar, or hospitality experience preferred. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Able to work efficiently during busy service periods. Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
