KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER

Base Pay Rate:
$13.00 per hour (+ Tips) All tips are collected and distributed through a tip pool shared among eligible hourly employees, in compliance with Illinois wage and hour laws.
Work Description:

The current tentative opening date for Naperville, IL is Mid-September, 2026 ; however, this date is subject to change based on business needs and operational considerations. Mandatory training will be conducted at our Lombard Estates location: 2820 S Highland Ave Unit D Lombard, IL 60148 During the training period at the Lombard location, compensation will be $15.00 per hour (non-tipped position). Upon transfer to the new Naperville location, compensation will be $13.00 per hour plus participation in a shared tip pool , in accordance with applicable laws. This is a part-time position only . Full-time employment is not guaranteed. However, employees may have the opportunity to work up to full-time hours based on individual availability and business needs.
