On the HotLine, you learn the art of handcrafting the Freddy's Steakburger. You are a member of the highly talented team that ensures each tasty menu offering is cooked to perfection. You'll:

Hand-press and grill Steakburgers to order, right on the flat-top griddle Fry and season our signature shoestring fries in small batches for freshness Build burgers and sandwiches to spec, checking each ticket for accuracy Keep the line stocked — toppings, buns, proteins — so service never slows down Call out and time orders so everything lands hot and on point with the rest of the kitchen Wash dishes, take out trash, and handle prep work whenever the kitchen needs an extra hand Clean and reset stations throughout the shift to keep things safe and sanitary Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team during rushes, jumping in wherever the kitchen needs help — no task is \someone else's job\

Requirements:

Must be at least 16 years or older Must be okay with: Working around hot grills, fryers, and hot grease Exposure to steam, heat and cooking equipment Standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks during scheduled shifts Lifting and carrying up to 30-40 pounds Maintaining focus and efficiency during busy service periods To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Guest Service Dependability Attention to Detail Initiative Teamwork What are you looking for?
