Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients according to recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including counters, equipment, and storage spaces through regular cleaning and sanitizing Support food running duties by delivering dishes promptly from the kitchen to dining areas while ensuring presentation quality Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently to keep dining areas tidy and ready for new guests Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices to prevent injury Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure guest safety Assist with heavy lifting tasks during inventory or setup activities while adhering to safe lifting practices Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of kitchen operations including food preparation, handling, and safety standards Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members Ability to perform manual tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining safe practices Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous but not required Demonstrated commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to teamwork and customer service Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
