Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble meals according to established recipes and menu specifications Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and cooking ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times Support the team during meal service by serving food efficiently and courteously Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other culinary tools Requirements Previous experience in dietary department, dietary aide roles, or food service is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience with menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly Strong knife skills and proficiency in basic culinary techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork and communication skills Prior restaurant or catering experience is a plus Flexibility to adapt to various tasks within the kitchen setting A passion for food service and a commitment to providing high-quality meals
