Duties Prepare high-quality menu items quickly and accurately, following food safety and sanitation standards Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions with cash handling expertise Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and food prep stations by bussing tables and ensuring proper sanitation practices Assist with food handling, packaging orders, and managing inventory to ensure freshness and quality Support team members during busy hours by managing multiple tasks such as cashiering, food prep, and customer service Follow all health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Skills Proven experience in food preparation or working in a quick service & fast-food restaurant environment Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and engage positively with guests Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities smoothly during peak hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a fast-paced restaurant or grocery store setting Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or kitchen work is highly desirable Join us today to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering great food with great service!
