A Kitchen Staff assists with food preparation as directed by cooks, food supervisors or chefs. Cleans kitchen work areas and dishes. Prepares ingredients for dishes to be cooked, prepares beverages, and stocks salad bars or buffet tables.

JOB DUTIES
Assemble guest orders accurately while maintaining quality and presentation standards Prepare bowls, wraps, salads, and other menu items according to company procedures Assist guests with menu questions and provide friendly service Accept and process in-person, online, and phone orders Keep serving lines stocked, organized, and ready for service Support kitchen operations through food preparation and station maintenance Follow established food safety and sanitation procedures Maintain cleanliness throughout guest and work areas Work together with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations Complete opening, closing, and shift responsibilities Assist with receiving and stocking inventory Contribute to a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers Perform additional operational duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred:
Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience Experience working in a fast-paced environment Basic food handling or food preparation experience
