Team Leader Responsibilities:

Uphold Chick-fil-A standards for quality and service Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant Must have a strong sense of urgency Be team-oriented, dependable, with a strong work ethic and strong communication Work on their feet for several hours at a time Demonstrate consistency and reliability Be adaptable and efficient Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs Set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team Shift lead and/or assist shift leader Count drawers Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
