We are looking for dependable, energetic Kitchen Team Members to join our fast-paced kitchen crew. Key Responsibilities Prep staff work as a unified team and share daily operational duties, including:
Food Preparation:
Washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning fresh vegetables, meats, and other ingredients according to recipe standards.
Fry Station Operation:
Operating commercial deep fryers to prepare fried items (such as Tangsuyuk) following precise cooking and safety guidelines.
Dishwashing:
Operating dishwashing equipment, hand-washing cookware/utensils, and maintaining a steady flow of clean dishes for the line.
Sanitation & Cleaning:
Keeping prep areas, fry stations, and general kitchen spaces clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the shift and during closing. Requirements Prior kitchen, prep, or dishwashing experience in a fast-paced or Asian restaurant environment is preferred, but not required. Ability to multitask, move quickly, and work collaboratively in a team setting. Comfort working around commercial kitchen equipment (deep fryers, hot surfaces, and knives).
