If you bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Prepare, bread, cook, and assemble menu items according to HHC recipes and standards. Deliver fresh, properly seasoned food with consistent portions and accurate orders. Use timers for every batch and follow cooking and holding procedures. Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining food quality and fast ticket times. Follow food safety standards, including proper handwashing, raw chicken handling, labeling, and storage. Keep kitchen stations, equipment, dishes, and storage areas clean and organized. Communicate with the front of house to keep orders moving and address guest needs. Assist with prep, stocking, opening, and closing responsibilities.
