Duties Assist with food preparation and plating to meet quality standards and presentation expectations Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and efficiently to ensure a clean dining area Handle manual lifting of supplies, ingredients, and equipment following safe lifting practices to prevent injury Manage food running tasks by delivering orders from the kitchen to the dining area swiftly and accurately Support food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations to ensure guest safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payment handling Assist with in-person customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience Participate in banquet or special event setups as needed, providing excellent guest services during busy periods Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following safe lifting practices Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Experience with food preparation, serving, and general kitchen tasks Strong cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards in all work areas Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Previous banquet or large event experience is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences through excellent food service!
