Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas with fresh ingredients, following established recipes and food safety standards Serve customers at the counter or drive-thru, taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Operate kitchen equipment safely to ensure efficient food production while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards Manage food handling procedures to uphold food safety regulations and ensure high-quality product delivery Upsell menu items including specialty pizzas and ice cream flavors to maximize sales opportunities Process cash transactions, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with accuracy Maintain a clean workspace by bussing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring proper sanitation practices throughout shifts Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable; culinary or food service experience is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests of all ages Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and order totaling Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety guidelines diligently Experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, sanitation, or café operations is preferred Reliable with good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Join us to bring smiles through delicious pizza and ice cream!
