Job Summary Join our vibrant restaurant team as a Front of House (FOH) Staff member, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, handling transactions efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to a lively, upscale dining environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage reservations using OpenTable or similar systems Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for swift processing Serve food and drinks with professionalism, including cocktail and spirits service, ensuring guest satisfaction Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and maintaining proper cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Focus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is a plus but not required Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your hospitality talents will shine!
