Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for young children in the toddler age group, fostering their developmental growth through playful learning and compassionate caregiving. Duties Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth for toddlers Supervise children closely to ensure safety at all times during indoor and outdoor play Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage cooperation and independence among young children Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, milestones, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that supports learning and safety standards Follow mandated reporting laws by documenting and reporting any signs of neglect or abuse according to legal requirements Support children with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and personal hygiene Requirements ECD 101, Associates, or Bachelors Degree in Early Education Prior experience working with young children in child care, preschool, or similar settings is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and child supervision best practices Certification in first aid and CPR (Pediatric First Aid preferred) to ensure quick response in emergencies. (Offer training) Familiarity with special education needs and experience working with children with disabilities is a plus Strong classroom management skills combined with patience, empathy, and excellent communication abilities Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations Demonstrated commitment to early childhood education through relevant coursework or teaching experience with toddlers.
